The house offers a perfect panoramic view of the Mar Menor making the most of the sunlight by using strategic holes as light source.

The pure coatings show a neo-vernacular and functional architecture, increasing the impressiveness of volumes. The lines are blurred, emphasizing the continuity of the building with its environment.

The communication nuclei are centralized, offering a better connection of the different spaces through the minimization of routes.

In this house we focused on many details and also offered architectural and technical solutions to meet the client’s needs and the features of the project.
